Overview
Withdrawals, also called Payouts, are outbound fund transfers from your merchant account to any bank account, mobile money wallet, crypto wallet or even another Shutterscore merchant wallet.
When a withdrawal request is triggered through an API request, Shutterscore will directly disburse from your positive balance, and notify your application via an API callback when the disbursement has been completed.
You can easily create and manage your withdrawals directly from your dashboard or through Shutterscore’s Transaction API.
Note
Before making a payout, ensure that you have,
- Funds in your Shutterscore merchant balance and that the currencies have been enabled for you.
- The recipient's or beneficiary's account details – account number, bank name, e.t.c.
Please contact Support if you need any help.
